The champion of light, Poul Henningsen, reigns supreme in this auction with this green-patched copper and frosted glass piece, was made 1927-1928 by Louis Poulsen. Poul Henningsens "PH-4/3" was made in 1927-28. The chair was designed in 1949, but this pieces was made around 1960 by carpenter Niels Vodder. Finn Juhls 'Chieftain Chair'įinn Juhl's Chieftain Chair is one of the auctioning world's most sought after and most expensive chairs. The example at Bruun Rasmussen is one of the two copies and is estimated at £11 685. In the 1980s, Getama produced a small production of chairs in white and black frame and two red. The model was presented for the first time in 1950 at The Arts & Crafts Spring Exhibition at the Design Museum in Denmark. Among the more traditional Danish design furniture is an unusual copy of Hans J Wegner's lounge chair "Flag Halyard Chair".
